What you’ll need
- The tool
- Codex with ChatGPT Pro 20x, $200/month
- Claude Code with Claude Max 20x, $200/month
Pick one and commit to it for at least a month. Taxes and extra usage are separate.
- The computer
- A supported computer with at least 16 GB RAM and permission to install apps. For phone access, it needs to stay powered, connected, and awake while you’re away, so a laptop you close and carry may need an always-on companion.
Keep screen locking on. We’ll test the remote setup together. Check app compatibility before buying anything.
- The time
- We shape the plan around each company. A typical one is four weekly sessions of about an hour, two in person and two by screen share. Two people per group works best, and one to three works. Allow time to practice on your own between sessions.
- The access
- Only if the work touches company email, files, or calendars. You’ll need admin access to those accounts, or your IT person can set it up before we meet.
- The project
- Something you care about, personal or part of your business. A five-minute voice memo describing it is enough to start. Keep sensitive records out until access is set up.
These are requirements for this course, not the minimum needed to use AI.
